Celebrating Safely with Us During the Pandemic

As we look forward to celebrating together, we want to reassure you that everyone’s health and safety is a top priority. We are closely following WHO, CDC and local health recommendations and enacting extra precautions. Thank you for entrusting us to make your event beautiful, and to do it safely!

How are we keeping your guests and our staff safe?

  1. Practicing Safety Measures — We are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shots (and get our annual flu shots). We are always carefully screening for symptoms ahead of events. We wear well-fitting triple layer masks with N95-rated filters. We carry personal hand sanitizer on us at all times and are diligent about hand-washing before, after, and during our work. We are mindful about social/physical distancing.
  2. Minimizing Contact with a Small Team — Our team is small, typically just two event professionals. This reduces the impact on your guest count/capacity limits, and also reduces potential points of contact with us. Plus, we are a husband-wife team from the same household, so we can safely work closely together! We will always keep the team as small and efficient as possible.
  3. Scheduling Thoughtfully — Often we can install well ahead of your event, and return late to collect equipment after your event concludes. This avoids contact with you or your guests. Additionally, with many of our venue partners, we can make special arrangements to install even before your rental officially begins, and tear down after your rental officially ends, at no extra charge to you.
  4. Staying Behind the Scenes — If we are staying on-site during your event to run the lights for live, dynamic changes, we typically are stationed at an AV table separated from your guests in a discreet corner. Our work is usually “behind the scenes” and does not require contact or interaction with guests. If we do need to interact with anyone, we practice safety measures.

We want you to feel comfortable and supported. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about how we can safely be part of your event.

We look forward to celebrating with you confidently, safely and joyfully!
