Clea and Clayton are the ultimate professionals and added so much to our big day. At Four Seasons Seattle, we can hang our equipment overhead from special hang-points — completely out of the way, with no stands or truss or cables on the floor.

Furthermore, we can connect directly to the house lighting and chandeliers, giving us total, elegant control of all lights in the ballroom.

Event Inspiration

Wedding Inspiration: José and José

José and José loved Seattle so much, they invited all their friends and family from the Dominican Republic to celebrate their marriage here.

Their color palette and design took inspiration from the Pacific Northwest’s water and clouds by featuring shades of blue in the lighting, and Dancing on the Clouds for their first dance and grand entrance. They also incorporated latin elements with a dramatic “La Hora Loca” (crazy hour) during their epic nightclub-style dance party, full of performances, special effects and vibrant colors!

We provided warm white pin-spotting on dinner tables for a clean, modern look during dinner. Our moving spotlights were used to highlight first dances, toasts, and performances, and then these same fixtures were a centerpiece for the dance party. Combined with color changing fog-blasting geysers, haze, and confetti, the dance party was over the top!

Wedding Inspiration: Sonia and Kiran

Sonia and Kiran’s vibrant wedding celebration featured custom lighting colors and effects for key moments.

The room was a warm golden amber for guest arrival and dinner, punctuated with our festive “Paparazzi Effect” for their grand entrance transitioning into a pastel shimmering rainbow as guests cheered for them.

We featured our Diamond White Sparkle Effect, slowly glittering on the dance floor during guest arrival, dinner and the dance party. For their first dance performance, we lit them with flattering warm white spotlighting and set the uplights to match Sonia’s red and orange dress. For the dance party, the colors changed with the music, dramatically transforming the room.

Wedding Inspiration: Jill and Corey

Jill and Corey dreamed of sunset colors with beautiful, ombre floral arrangements of rich yellow, orange, fuchsia and violet.

We loved creating custom colors to match these florals for dramatic color washes throughout the room, but also provided classic, warm white uplighting and elegant spotlighting for showcase moments like their first dances and toasts. Beautiful!

We also highlighted their centerpiece floral chandelier with warm white wash lights that during the dance party could change color, so this chandelier became part of the overall lighting effects.

José and José, La Hora Loca

For this spectacular wedding celebration and its festive La Hora Loca, we installed colored fog blasters in the ceiling, along with an array of high-power moving beam lights, wireless pin-spots for dinner tables and buffets, and synchronized colored wash lights for the Floressence-designed floral chandeliers. Wireless dynamic uplighting around the perimeter and water-based haze completed the overall look.

For the grand finale: our Confetti Surprise Box. So fun!

Indian Wedding Reception

A beautiful Indian wedding reception at the Four Seasons Hotel for Kiran and Sonia.

We placed wireless uplighting throughout the ballroom, including the structural columns and inside the floral backdrop, to achieve a wide range of looks and special effects.
