Atrium String Light Package

Create a lovely overhead ambiance with our charming, café-style string lights (sometimes called “Italian lights” or “bistro lights”).

Our string lights are always installed with a fully adjustable dimmer, enabling a variety of different moods — for instance, brighter for your ceremony, a bit lower for dinner, and turned way down for mood-lighting when it’s time to dance. Our bulbs are warm white on their brightest setting and become a golden “candlelight” amber as they dim… romantic and flattering!

Multiple styles are available, including bulbs handcrafted to evoke vintage 20th-century lighting with an antique finish, defined steeple, and intricate filament design.

Gobo Projection

Project your name (or monogram logo) in lights!

The big Atrium wall inside Fremont Foundry is excellent for monogram and logo projection.

We can also project your monogram or logo on the outside of the building. This makes a grand impression (and helps your guests know they are in the right place!)

Glass Floor Lighting Package

We have installed permanent special lighting to showcase one of the most unique features of Fremont Foundry: the Glass Floor in the Atrium.

The Glass Floor can be set to a color of your choice (including warm white), or it can change colors and animate for a stunning effect — like a vibrant, one-of-a-kind dance floor!

Illuminate your beautiful floral centerpieces, cake, signage, bars, food stations, dessert table, and more with targeted pin-spotting, so you can avoid using bright room lights while ensuring these important areas are well lit.

Spotlight the gorgeous chandelier in the Atrium and create an impressive and glamorous silhouette on the main wall!

Wedding Inspiration: Alex & Michael

Alexandra and Michael’s wedding was warm, classic and elegant. Our romantic, antique style string lights gave the room a more intimate feel.

To add a bit of glamour, we showcased the Chandelier Silhouette, highlighting the Atrium’s centerpiece feature and creating a stylish statement on the main wall.

Warm white uplights around the perimeter of the room created a soft glow. To add some color and motion to the dance party, the Illuminated Glass Floor moved through pretty sunset hues.

Wedding Inspiration: Lea & Tony

Lea and Tony’s wedding was full of fun surprises!

When they said “I do” and kissed, the officiant opened our Confetti Surprise Box for a magical first moment as husband and wife, to the delight of all their guests!

We worked with them to design a custom gobo featuring lyrics from one of their favorite songs, which created a centerpiece on the main Atrium wall. They featured vibrant and festive colors and wanted a playful dance party, so we hazed the room for striking aerial beam effects. Fun!

Wedding Inspiration: Laura & Eli

Laura and Eli’s wedding went from classic elegance to an epic nightclub-style dance party.

For ceremony, we created a brighter warm white glow with uplights and ceremony spotlighting. For dinner and first dances, we transitioned to a more candlelight golden glow and added a moving gobo texture on the main atrium wall.

Then for the dance party, everything dramatically changed! We added haze to the room to create striking beams of light paired with the moving spotlights, and introduced vibrant colors.

Eli had prepared a full playlist for the dance party, and for each song we set the colors of the lighting to match the cover art of the song’s album, for a fully customized light show. They wanted the carefully crafted music and lighting to take guests on a journey, and we loved being part of it!

Event Inspiration: AI2 Holiday Party

The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2) invited us to transform Fremont Foundry into a winter wonderland.

We provided illuminated birch trees, wintery white string lights and swirling white snowflakes to help set the scene. Our wireless uplights were slowly transitioning through a gradient of blue, light blue and white, and subtly shimmering to add a sense of wintery winds and sparkle. We provided warm white spotlighting for key moments like the magician performance, CEO speeches and raffle giveaways.

Little accents like our golden lanterns and illuminated cocktail rounds added fun “pops of light” around the space.

Event Inspiration: Amazon Alexa Holiday Party

Amazon Echo Services wanted to create an on-brand holiday party at Fremont Foundry, so we set the uplights and glass floor to complementary brand colors, animating between Amazon oranges and blues.

We featured two large-scale logo gobo projections, one on the outside of the building as a grand entrance and the other on the centerpiece Atrium wall. Illuminated cocktail rounds with spandex linens added a modern touch.
