Proceeds from Fremonster go to support the artSEA Project. artSEA is on a mission to transform, inspire, and invigorate the Seattle community through public art. The project, supported by the Seattle based nonprofit organization, The World is Fun, will curate public murals and other art installations throughout Seattle on an ongoing basis with a focus on the following four areas: To ensure and increase the appreciation and longevity of public art in Seattle; To engage, inspire, and impart a sense of ownership among Seattleites; To foster community ties and support safe neighborhoods; To promote and support Seattle’s own art scene.
